CANCELLATION POLICY

Please provide a minimum of 24 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling to ensure efficient scheduling. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service, charged to the card on file. No-shows or failure to contact us will result in the full charge for the service. If you are more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, we will need to reschedule and a new deposit will be required for rebooking. Thank you for understanding and cooperating with these policies.
